“ Counter service was excellent. However, the store front was absolutely disgusting. The family sitting next to me had a hair in one of their burgers. My appetite was ruined, so I left. ”
“ At approximately 945PM I arrived to this clean local Wendys and had Sammy take my order, I ordered the Krabby Patty Collab meal, Sammy was a delight taking to especially with how much Wendys as a whole has been going through with the whole Krabby Patty chaos. For a late night dinner this was exceptional service for being respectful to us even when you are tired. The only down side from this experience if any was the food being bagged at the front counter with no gloves, Besides the point me and my friends had a great night trying out this limited edition meal with decent customer service. As of the food I would highly recommend the Pinneapple frosty to anyone as its strong on the pineapple side with a fresh taste, The Krabby Patty was a classic Dave single but could use extra sauce but was reasonable for a average customer the Krabby Patty made it look like it was made by a professional with the way the toppings were on the burger and made the experience more creative.I had a decent time here at this Wendys location and made some good memories with some friends! ”

“ Since moving from OH Home of Wendys to Queen Creek, AZ two months ago, we found it challenging to find a local Wendys that served hot fresh food and delicious fries cooked just right and a full portion! Finally...this location hit one OutofthePark this week! I ordered a Daves Double Large Fries and the Burger was fresh, hot juicy...and the fries were warm crispy and filled up to the top of the container! Unlike the past few months of half filled fries! Blah... Im not sure what changed, but keep up the great work!! And maybe this location will get a lot more buine...and perhaps lines around the drivethru like other freshly prepared burger joints! Special shout out to Host Kallie, Cashier Adam and all the hard working Wendys Team on April 3, 2024 at 315 p.m.! Lastly, we were used to great service yes, they knew my name fresh full portions at our Past local Brunswick, OH 44212 Wendys...plus the price was 8.95 wSr. Discount and the Price is much higher here at 11.81 with NO Sr. Discount! I mention that since the food must be Fresh, Hot Delicious with Full Portions...especially with the higher cost and lots of competition! I Hope all our future dining experiences at this location will be as good as April 3rds! Update Wednesday April 10th. Okay, what happened? Last week you finally filled the large fries and today it was only half full like the past two months! See pic Does your fry filler need more training or get paid by reducing the quantity served?
